Debbie Eldridge, Family Support Worker

Based in South West London we provide services for children up to the ages of 13 and their families. We work alongside families across the Boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth and in partnership with Borough services.  Our focus is to work with families through difficult and challenging times where we support and guide them in building  on the positive elements of family life.

Services at our South West London Centre include:

  • One-to-one Support
  • Family Support Work
  • Group Work
  • Advocacy
  • Signposting

It is with regret that Welcare in South West London is now closed to the public.

In line with the latest government guidelines our staff continues to work with individual parents and children by answering calls, emails and using other digital channels. We continue to receive new referrals for individual, one-to-one support.

We are still working, just differently.

We are offering supermarket vouchers to families most in need, if you wish to refer a family to receive one, plesase email

If you wish to get in touch with us by phone and do not have a mobile number for the worker, you can ring using the number below which we will aim to monitor Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
