We are delighted to announce that Welcare has been commissioned by the Royal Borough of Greenwich to deliver Early Help Parenting Programmes for four years. These programmes work with the most vulnerable parents to improve the life prospects of their children and help keep families together. The new partnership will run from April 2015-19.
