Welcare’s new Food & Fun Summer Club has got off to a great start this summer.
Welcare staff, along with volunteers from Together Southwark and Lambeth North Deanery, run the club 10am-4pm every Tuesday during the summer holidays, at Christ Church Primary School in SW9.
The club involves play and crafts, workshops for adults and children, reading, lunch, and external entertainers.
Children and their parents/carers attend the club together, taking part in fun activities and exercises, as well as lunch, and even healthy recipe packs to take home!
