Anna was appointed CEO of Welcare in September 2013 and has always had a passion for work with charities who work to improve the lives of families and children. Anna has enjoyed a career in the voluntary sector including roles as Chief Executive of the Down’s Syndrome Association, Relate London South West and Parentalk. Anna works with the Senior Management team to drive the charity forward and enable Welcare to continue to deliver high quality family support services in the local communities we serve in South London, Bromley and East Surrey.

Executive Assistant to CEO & Clerk to the Board
Diane joined Welcare in October 2012 as part-time Executive Assistant to the CEO and Clerk to the Board. Her responsibilities include overseeing the smooth running of the CEO’s office and providing support to the Trustee Board.
Chris joined Welcare in 2019 as part-time fundrasing officer, focusing on Trusts & Foundations. Christopher has 19 years’ experience as a Trust fundraiser.
Rose joined Welcare in 2021 and is passionate about working within organisations that support and help children and families. Rose provides business and office management support to ensure delivery of Welcare’s operational priorities. Prior to working for Welcare, Rose spent 6 years working for the NHS, specifically in CAMHS, where she had various supportive and administrative roles. Her most recent role before joining Welcare was an administrative role with a research charity working within the children’s social care sector.
Fay joined Welcare in 2014. She has worked as a Social Worker since 1983 and has always had a passion for working in the voluntary sector to support and develop the well being of children and families. In her role as Child and Family Support Manager South West she is responsible for the supervision and development of services in Richmond and Wandsworth. She is passionate about the development of our My space Programme for children affected by domestic abuse and has introduced our My Next Step programme into local schools to support children making important transitions.
Child & Family Support Manager – South East
Barbara joined Welcare in 2014 and has over 30 years’ experience in working with Children and Families, having practised in the UK and USA. Barbara has extensive experience in group work and staff training. Her responsibilities in her role as Children and Family Support Services Manager include managing the Greenwich and Bromley Welcare Centres. She is also the Practice Lead for our Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities Parenting Programmes.
Centre Manager – East Surrey
Lynn joined Welcare in September 2013 as Deputy Centre Manager with particular responsibility for service user involvement, recruiting and training volunteers and service evaluation. She became Centre Manager in September 2017 and her responsibilities include planning, supervising and developing services for children and families across East Surrey.
