To address children’s poor mental health and the 50% increase in the likelihood of a young person having a mental health challenge Welcare has launched #CapeAbility in Schools. This new programme incorporates recommendations from the review of our Families & Schools Together (FAST) pilot conducted by The Cranfield Trust.
The review included 5 staff, parents and children from the 5 pilot FAST schools and looked at

- What the problems had been?
- What the impact had been?
- How should the service developed and what funding do we need?
