Our Inner London service, supporting children, parents and young people, is based in our Central Office in Lambeth. We work with families where at least one child is aged 5-13 years old, offering emotional and practical support through a range of services.

Group Work Schedule – September 2017 to April 2018
A drop-in style group for children aged 11-13 who are beginning to transition into adolescence and secondary school. The group aims to support young people become aware of their rights, choices, responsibilities, as well as potential risks that could affect them, and learn how to keep safe and form healthy relationships. The group also aims to increase confidence, resilience and self-esteem.
Thursday 4.30 to 7pm
Some breaks will be scheduled but this is an ongoing programme for young people known to our services.
MySpace for 8-10 year olds
MySpace is a 12 week recovery programme for children who have been exposed to domestic abuse and violence within their home environments. The programme helps children understand that their experiences are not their fault or responsibility, and helps them to gain an understanding of difficult feelings and emotions. The programme also includes a group for the non-abusing parent, which supports them to help their child through the recovery.
Tuesdays 2.30 – 4.30pm

Inner London will be delivering parent workshops in the new year. We will discuss a different topic at each session, share what support is available and what measures parents can take to protect and develop their children.
