We have a team of qualified family support workers and work with families who have children under the age of 13. We can provide one to one family support work using solution-focused brief therapy, working with families towards achieving agreed goals.
Referring a Family
We have different forms and procedures depending on the level of need of the family.
If you would like to refer a family to our Level 2 services please complete our Family Early Help Referral Form YMCA & Welcare and email it to: stuart.kingsley@ymcaeastsurrey.org.uk
Level 3 referrals need to be made via the Surrey County Council C-SPA (Children’s Single Point of Access Team). They will normally require you to complete a Surrey Children’s Services Request for Support Form which can be emailed to cspa@surreycc.gov.uk. The telephone number for the C-SPA is 0300 470 9100. They are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The out of hours number is 01483 517898 (ask for the emergency duty team). SMS for the deaf or hard of hearing is 07527 182 861.

Room bookings
We can offer rooms for hire, depending on availability. If you need a room for a professional’s meeting or for meeting with a family you are working with, please email redhill@welcare.org. Charges may not apply depending on circumstances.
Supervised Contact
Welcare do not provide supervised contact, but if you would like to book our playroom in order to facilitate a contact session please email redhill@welcare.org.
