Anna was appointed CEO of Welcare in September 2013 and has always had a passion for work with charities who work to improve the lives of families and children. Anna has enjoyed a career in the voluntary sector including roles as Chief Executive of the Down’s Syndrome Association, Relate London South West and Parentalk. Anna works with the Senior Management team to drive the charity forward and enable Welcare to continue to deliver high quality family support services in the local communities we serve in South London, Bromley and East Surrey.
Amy joined Welcare in September 2012. Her background is in fundraising, individual giving, supporter care and event management. Her role focuses on all fundraising income streams for the charity and development of new ideas; building and developing relationships with our supporters; marketing and PR; website and social media development; maximising our online engagement and keeping updated on the latest developments and best practices in fundraising and supporter care.
Paul is responsible for volunteer management across all our centres. He oversees the recruitment, screening and training of all new volunteers. Paul is also responsible for maintaining effective support and supervision structures for volunteers within Welcare. We have been successful in achieving the Investors in Volunteers accreditation for Welcare.
Executive Assistant to CEO & Clerk to the Board
Diane joined Welcare in October 2012 as part-time Executive Assistant to the CEO and Clerk to the Board. Her responsibilities include overseeing the smooth running of the CEO’s office and providing support to the Trustee Board.
Caroline joined the Central Office team in January 2017 and has taken on responsibilities for Central Office management, properties, some finance functions and supporting the management of data via our supporter database and our services database.
